Wonderfully warm environment, with helpful and knowledgeable trainers, and CLEAN! It feels like family when you are a member. When you have one of those days when you don't feel like going, knowing you will be welcomed by all is a motivator. I came here from Equinox, and never looked back! Also, Jon Torerk, the owner, is brilliant with kinesiotaping. He has taped my back, knee and ankle with great results!
